Our standard order processing time is 1–2 business days.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, and handling before the package is handed to the shipping carrier. Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched, where tracking information is available.

Shipping and Transit Time

Our estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Transit time refers to the period when the carrier transports the shipment to the delivery address. It is separate from order processing time.

The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 6–10 business days, based on the standard processing and transit estimates.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Fee

Our standard shipping fee is $30.00 per order.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. If a different charge is displayed for a particular order, the amount shown at checkout will apply to that order.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Bbcice Cream Shop cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bbcicecreamshop.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but address changes are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, shipment details will be provided after dispatch. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to register the first scan.

If tracking information does not update or your delivery appears delayed, contact us with your order number so we can help review the situation.

Furniture Deliveries

Sofas and other large furniture items may require special handling or delivery arrangements. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct and that the intended delivery area is accessible.

Product dimensions should be reviewed before purchase to confirm that the item can reasonably fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, and other access points.

Any special delivery requirements or additional charges will be communicated where applicable.

Delays and Undeliverable Packages

Although we aim to meet the stated delivery estimates, delays can occur. If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will provide the required notice and options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable under law.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery, please contact us to discuss the available next steps. Any additional shipping charges will be explained before they are incurred.
