30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests for eligible purchases within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging and included components, to the extent reasonably possible.

Because sofas and other furniture can be bulky, please contact us before arranging a return shipment. We will provide instructions regarding the return process and destination.

Before returning an item, please ensure that:

Your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The item is in eligible condition and has not been damaged through misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.
All included parts and accessories are returned where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Furniture may require specialized or larger-item shipping arrangements. Please contact us before shipping a sofa or other large item so that the return method and any applicable costs can be confirmed.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law, please contact us before paying for return shipping. We will review the circumstances and explain the appropriate resolution.

The original $30.00 outbound shipping fee is not automatically refundable for a standard change-of-mind return, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise approved by us.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. The amount refunded will depend on the circumstances of the return, the items returned, and applicable legal requirements.
